CNC cutting, milling
Manufacturing of boards, displays, wall panels, shelves, merchandisers and other point-of-sale equipment using mechanical CNC milling machines.
Our professional CNC milling machines can mill wood, aluminium and various plastics, such as plexiglas, and we can also work with sandwich materials with ease.
The milling operations are possible with a material thickness of 5 cm and a board size of 2×3 metres in space. We are mainly engaged in cutting, fabrication of parts, forming of various grooves and joints. It is also possible to mill fibreboard, MDF and any kind of wood, mainly for rounding the edges of shelves and tables.
It is not one of the fastest production processes, but its speed depends mainly on the strength of the material, and the complexity of the desired shape is of course also an important parameter..
Thinner materials can also be cut at higher speeds using a mechanical high-speed cutter or laser cutter, depending on the material.
CNC stands for computer numerical control. It means that the necessary instructions are programmed into the machine before production, using a keyboard connected to the computer. The CNC system then mechanically executes the programmed tasks.
It is important that the material is properly and securely clamped in the CNC milling machine while working. To do this, we use a special vacuum table which, unlike traditional clamping, is a quick solution and leaves no marks on the material – it just needs to be placed in the right position.

Our machine can also cut and tailor textiles, it is not uncommon to process hundreds of sports jerseys, flags and other products in a few hours.
In addition to the different knives, it also has a rotary knife for cutting textiles and a tool for V-cut cuts. The latter is mainly used for cutting heavy duty cardboard, boxes, paper displays
In addition, we also use it for the efficient processing of rolls of high-volume substrates, vinyls, posters

We have the staff and experience to handle this kind of slow work quickly, even for large orders.
Of course, we take care to move the materials and finished products between each stage of the work, and to ensure that they are properly packaged for safe transport.
The plexiglass is bent by heating it over a live heater. The material is then cooled in a template. For large surface areas, the plexiglass is heated in an oven and then bent on a die.
We use special solvent-based adhesives to bond the Plexiglas. In the process, the adhesive fuses the plexiglass surfaces together
